1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must include all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from mymiyonieyastrprint.com.
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Used printer cartridges, toner, or ink refills.
- Opened or unsealed consumable items.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper installation.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at info@mymiyonieyastrprint.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for sending the product back.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- If the product is damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error, a partial refund or store credit may be issued.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mymiyonieyastrprint.com with clear images of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost once the issue is verified.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For urgent cancellations, please email us immediately with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened printer cartridges or ink bottles
- Paper rolls and stationery products
- Clearance or promotional sale items
- Downloadable digital products (e.g., printer drivers, software)
